Hiring: Senior Resident Engineer – High-Rise & Hospitality Projects
on behalf of our client, a leading Engineering Consultancy & Project Management company in Dubai.
Our client is seeking an experienced construction professional to lead site supervision activities for prestigious
high-rise and hospitality projects
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction supervision, engineering consultancy, and successful delivery of complex high-rise developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage site supervision activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Act as the Engineer’s Representative and primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Review and approve technical submissions including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
- Lead project meetings, manage supervision teams, and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum
30 years of professional experience
in construction supervision, engineering consultancy, or project management.
Minimum
20 years of UAE experience
, preferably in Dubai.
Proven experience as a
Resident Engineer / Senior Resident Engineer
on high-rise developments of
40+ floors
Experience with
60+ floor towers and luxury hospitality projects
is highly preferred.
Valid
Dubai Municipality Unlimited Engineer License is mandatory
Strong knowledge of UAE Building Codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, FIDIC contracts, and construction supervision practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: AED 35,000 – AED 45,000 per month (depending on experience and project portfolio)
