As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Dubai team and manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of client mandates.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of client mandates from job briefing and sourcing through to screening, shortlisting, and offer management. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who already understands the UAE recruitment market, has strong sourcing instincts, and can manage multiple live roles at once with pace and precision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple live mandates across various industries and seniority levels.
- Conduct in-depth briefing calls with clients to understand role requirements, must-haves, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and the internal candidate database.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical fit, motivation, and cultural alignment before client submission.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles, CV summaries, and shortlists to clients within agreed turnaround times.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, client feedback, and offer negotiations between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the CRM/ATS.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for recurring or high-volume roles.
- Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay current on UAE labour market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across key sectors.
- Collaborate with the business development team to understand new mandates and support account growth.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience gained within a recruitment agency in Dubai/UAE.
- Proven ability to manage multiple live roles simultaneously and deliver shortlists within tight timelines.
- Strong sourcing skills across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct headhunting techniques.
- Solid understanding of the UAE labour market, visa/employment processes, and candidate expectations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with both clients and candidates.
- Comfortable working with recruitment KPIs and delivery targets.
Preferred / Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting across multiple sectors or specialising in a high-demand niche (e.g. banking & finance, sales, engineering, tech).
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and structured recruitment workflows.
- Bilingual (English/Arabic) is an advantage.
