ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities across our core service lines recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce outsourcing. This is a client-facing, target-driven role suited to someone who already understands the UAE market for these services and is ready to hit the ground running.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and generate new business leads across recruitment, EOR, and employee outsourcing services within the UAE market.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce Nexus People’s service offerings and value proposition.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, tracking prospects from first contact through to signed agreement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR decision-makers, business owners, and procurement contacts across target industries.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets.
Collaborate with the recruitment, EOR, and HR consulting teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery for new clients.
Stay current on UAE labour market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
Represent Nexus People at networking events, industry forums, and client engagements to build brand visibility.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Mandatory

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within Recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), or Employee/Workforce Outsourcing, based in Dubai/UAE.
Proven track record of generating and closing new business within the UAE market.
Strong understanding of UAE labour market dynamics, visa/employment structures, and HR service offerings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with commercial KPIs.
Existing network of HR/business contacts within the UAE market is a strong advantage.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred / Ideal Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience working with a recruitment agency, EOR/PEO provider, or HR outsourcing company in the UAE.
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales pipeline management.
Bilingual (English/Arabic) is an advantage.

We’re scaling fast, and we need a Business Development Manager who can hit the ground running on day one.

About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, network-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth of our EOR, Employee Outsourcing, and Workforce Solutions portfolio across the UAE.

This is a role for a closer, not a learner. We need someone who already has an active book of UAE corporate relationships, understands the EOR/outsourcing sales cycle inside out, and can start generating pipeline and closing deals within the first 30 days.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow the EOR, Employee Outsourcing, and Workforce Solutions revenue line
Activate your existing network to generate qualified opportunities from day one
Identify, approach, and close new corporate clients across the UAE
Manage the full sales cycle prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contract closure
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, HR Directors, and business owners
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Partner with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
Track UAE market trends across EOR, outsourcing, payroll, and workforce management to spot new opportunities

What You Bring

Non-negotiables:

✅ An existing portfolio of active UAE corporate relationships you can activate immediately
✅ 5+ years of business development experience in EOR, Employee Outsourcing, HR Services, Recruitment, Payroll Outsourcing, or Workforce Solutions
✅ A demonstrated track record of hitting revenue targets in a UAE B2B sales environment
✅ Strong negotiation, deal-structuring, and stakeholder management skills

Good to have:

Existing relationships with HR/procurement decision-makers in UAE mainland and free zone companies
UAE driving license and own vehicle
Familiarity with UAE labour law, WPS, and free zone/mainland hiring structures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of B2B enterprise IT sales experience in the UAE.
Proven experience selling one or more of the following: cybersecurity, networking, backup & disaster recovery, storage, endpoint management, cloud solutions, Apple enterprise solutions, IT infrastructure, or managed IT services.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodology and solution selling.
Experience preparing proposals, responding to tenders, and negotiating contracts.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the digital printing industry, with a proven track record selling industrial printing equipment such as UV printers, flatbed printers, cylinder printers, or textile/label printing solutions.
Strong understanding of printing workflows, inks, printheads, colour management, and production environments.
Prior experience in the field of digital printing is required.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Existing network within the UAE/GCC printing industry.
Experience representing international printing brands and managing key accounts.
